Wine Tourism

Yesterday I moved into an apartment for my next study abroad program- Wine Tourism! The program officially begins on Monday. Due to the compressed schedule of the course, we have been assigned pre-readings and study materials so we can take our first exam Monday. Yesterday and today were mostly consumed with studying for this exam.

I met my roommates and they are all very nice. I feel really fortunate to get along so well with the girls I am rooming with. I am really excited to begin the program and get to know the people on the trip better.

We went out to dinner at a nearby restaurant with the entire group. After the aperitivo, I ordered a pizza with ham, olives, artichoke, and egg on it. It tasted wonderful!

Italian food is simply wonderful! I really like how their pizzas are all flat crust. That is always my first choice and here it is the only option. Yes!

Now onto more studying for my major test tomorrow!
