Hello Venice

Waking up at 3:15 this morning was a bit of a challenge. Running on a short amount of sleep, I took a taxi to the airport to fly to Bologna, Italy. After checking through security, my first stop of course was to get coffee!  A few hours later I was off to my boarding gate. Finally!

The airplane ride passed quick. After going through customs upon arrival, I was greeted by my sweet momma! Even though it had only been a week, it was so nice to see such a familiar face. From there we took the train to Venice where I was greated by the rest of my family. 

We spend the rest of the day exploring the city.  It is absolutely beautiful!

 Later in the evening, we made dinner and visited about our travels so far. I am so happy to be with my family. Oh how I have missed them!
