Favorite Food Friday!

One of my favorite breakfasts is incredibly easy to make. This is really great for a college student who has 8am classes… It is also really healthy, sustaining and energizing.
I use:
1.5 c. of whole grain cheerios
1 sliced banana
1 T. all natural peanut butter
1 c. almond milk
Most of the time when I tell people that I add peanut butter to my cereal they think it’s really weird. Don’t diss it till you try it! Everyone that I have convinced to taste this combination has LOVED it! The peanut butter is a really important part of this breakfast. It keeps you from feeling hungry until lunch.
