Birthday Celebrations

For me, the hardest part about living in Lubbock is being so far away from my family. They mean the world to me and I wish I could visit them more often. Being able to celebrate birthdays together is really important to me.

I made this little flower petal cake for my momma. I was able to go back for a surprise visit that was executed perfectly!

Lately I have been baking weekly. Mostly cookies, cakes and cupcakes. This is an activity that I really enjoy. There is a lot of room for improvement so I work on this regularly. I have fun plans for where I want my baking to end up. Stay tuned for future posts!

Sweet, sweet buttercream!

For our beautiful Momma’s birthday we got her this necklace and single heart necklaces to match for the three girls.

Spending time with these sweet girls always makes me so happy. They are such a blessing in my life. Memories from the ranch with them will last forever.

Dark Chocolate Ruffle Cake-delicious!!!

Little Jen was in Lubbock for her birthday. It was SO good to see her.

All of her gifts from me were monogrammed-no surprise there.

Of course we had dessert at Pie Bar.
